Dispute Closed, No refund, No money in my account after paying merchant

Hello
I paid $12.6 to iwriter, I was to purchase a written article from the merchant.Th amount did not reflect in my iwriter account for two good days.So I communicated with the paypal support team and you promised to reverse the money.I communicated with Iwriter who also confirmed they had initiated the refund.Its a week now ever since, and still no word from you guys, the reversal doesnt even show in my account,To make the matter worse you even closed my dispute without giving me the opportunity to escalate my claim.
I wonder what action to take next.
