I purchased two boxes of Fresh Care Flushable Cleaning Cloths Ref-ll, 252 count, did not know at the time it was from China. I did not receive anything until I started a dispute, then received one roll of paper 3 inches long, 6 inches in diameter. Thus, the shipper told and proved to PayPal that they had shipped "something". What I didn't get was 2 boxes of anything. The shippping envelope showed the contents weighed 2 ounces. The weight of two boxes of Cleaning Cloths obviously would exceed 2 ounces and the fact that the shipment was in an envelope should have raised some question.
I have sent pictures to PayPal showing what I received and the envelope it came in.
My claim was denied since PayPal says the client did in fact deliver what I ordered.
