Digital Purchase refund

Hi, Yesterday i purchased a $50 microsoft code from an online seller, The payment went through but i did not receive my item. I immediately contacted the seller and asked for a refund but have heard nothing back in 8-10 hours. I then decided to open a case through paypal to try to get this issue resolved but still have heard nothing back, What can i do to get my money back as soon as possible. Thanks

Did you open a dispute for non reciept of item?

If so then you only get the option to escalate the dispute to a claim 7 days post payment.
