I didn’t use my real name when i made my account, now it’s limited and I just want to be able to get my money that’s been sitting there for almost 2 years.

The funds belong to the person named on that legal financial account ie Paypal account.

They would need to provide a legal document that shows the name on the paypal account matches that legal document.
