I got a prize from a tournament so I decide to make a brand new Paypal account, they send me the prize it's like over a hundred USD dollars. And now I can't get them or transfer the money into my credit card.
They told me after trying to do the limitation they said "Your account access is permanently limited".
I actually need help did the money will freeze in my account wallet or there is another situation to transfer them into my credit card?
