Hi, recently I noticed a payment from Microsoft that was going on for 8 months for 10 pounds each month. I made a ticket about this as I didn’t know what is was and haven’t owned anything from microsoft in around a year and a half. I was told I would be refunded for 6 months and they couldn’t refund the whole 8 months which I was fine with as it’s still most of the money. Anyways this transaction was declined which doesn’t make sense as it was unauthorised and they claim it wasn’t?
