I am trying to return an item I bought from Helloice. It was never been worn. I have only taken out of the package to take pictures of it, after their customer service asked for pictures. I have been trying for weeks to get an address to return the item. However, I keep being told that it is not worth the money to ship it back and get my full refund. Helloice has a 30 day return policy, I don't understand why they won't let me and keep giving me the run around.

Paypal cover you for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described so if the latter one is applicable then open a paypal dispute BUT if its just buyer remorse that would be between you and the company to sort out.
