It was definitely on the cheap side so I told her we will order through Paypal because they will guarantee the purchase or we will get our money back. We instead received a pack of disposable face mask. Paypal denied my case because they provided tracking. It's not hard to match the weight of the items and clarify we did not receive what was purchased. Now I am looking up this company to see what steps I can take and come across this. Paypal is helping them steal from us. BBB wont touch it because it is out of China.
I am sorry this has happen to you as well. I ordered the 10ft trampoline and received four white face mask also. Seller refused to respond, and Paypal closed my case due to I refused to pay $25 to return the mask to china with a fake address. Also, It wouldn't matter if you did pay to return the mask, cause all the seller has to do is say they never arrived in the mail. I would contact your bank and forget about Paypal helping you cause they only want to protect the scammers.
