Deadline for returns PLEASE HELP !

Hi

Paypal gave me a deadline (10 days)to send item back to seller for a refund but, due to this pandemic seller's country which is China is not accepting shipments from other countries. What should I do now? And, I can't even contact Paypal customer service staffs to report this situation and, time is running out.

I'm in the same situation. My local shipping store won't even ship my return because they say there are only 2 regions in China that are currently accepting returns, and my return address isn't on the list. I tried the post office too. They said they could ship it 1st class and that would have tracking, but the clerk wasn't sure how far I would be able to track it and that it would probably sit in customs for months. I've already been scammed terribly by the seller. If I can't track the package all the way there, I have no doubt they'll claim it never arrived. So frustrated!
