My bad experience with. PayPal Customer Service

You really prove my point that you are big for nothing.
Have you not got records of all my transaction with The Trade Channel???
Paypal took total of over $340.00 from  my account for The Trade Channel.
Stephen of The Trade Channel said." He have paid all the money to Paypal".
I even attached a copy of email you {paypal} sent you for me to accept.$270.00
Why should I open new account to accept the money you are suppose to refund to my card you took the money from.
Please i need to speak your senior manager or i will make social media videos on YouTube and WhatsApp to seek public opinion how you big public com treating
poor jobless in lock down. whether your fully automized faceless customer service worth the purpose, all the stress you have put me into.
I asked Leilani your customer support to email me the transaction i had with her on 20th January,2021 and she did not.
I am not asking for free money from you, i want my refund, $340.00 you took from my account without my consent.
Why are you not facing simple responsibility Paypal own to customers.
i need urgent reply.
