So I sold a few items, was gonna sell on paypal but ended up selling on paypal, here is the post he said in payment
"Payment for a pair of Rockshox Boxxer forks, a Kona Coiler frame, Handle bars and a selection of other bicycle components,posted, as arranged and agreed on. Many thanks :-)"
so though nothing oh it, packed items and send to address on paypal. now all items was fully working when I toke off my bike. well post costed me £10 more due to weight and size, so I sent a request to him asking for extra money. now in the mean while I was texting if he got package, I was watching it on myhermes, but only started after I seen it was delivered. only after about 10 texts he replyed said he got parcel and everything ok. so a day or so later, he goes and tried to buy a item off ebay, but I refused his order and told him to pay the extra cost which came out of my pocket, blocked that account and 10mins later, he logs into another account and tries to buy the same item, again I cancel order and block that account. so I text him again asking about money, next thing I know he texts back saying "you've now caused yourself an expensive headache" I could see the claim coming into the paypal account, and woke next day and bang, he disputes payment, now claims that the items was damaged.
my question is that do I have to pay the return postage for items that are clearly now damaged?
what if the items he sends back are something else and trying to scam me?
I have his full name and address and phone number and will shame if needed.
its gonna cost me £35 to have them items sent back, clearly the items sent back would be the same weight as I sent him?
