Hey there, I have talked to many agents over the phone but they always hung up on me if I have tell them that my problem is about Identity check(Proof of address) I've sent all my files through Paypal and they always respond to me that they cannot identify my files attached, I make sure that all files are correct, I tried utility bill, gov Id's etc. But still no one is willing to help
