Hi,
We shipped an order and customer refused to accept the delivery at door. But still paypal has refunded the money to customer.

Why we the seller has been penalized for customer's actions ?

If refused then you should get the item returned back to you.
Advice is voluntary.

Hi @Matsyaveda,
I'm sorry to hear that the item was not returned to you by the shipping company. PayPal requires that the item be delivered to the recipient for a claim to be found in the seller's favor. Using a shipping service that would return an undeliverable item would be the safest option for future transactions.
