I would have the following problem:
I ordered and paid a mobile phone with PayPal. The seller sent a cheap headset instead of the phone. Not only did I go this way, but more from Hungary (surely from other countries too, given that they were advertised through Facebook advertising!).
I remembered it, it wasn't a result, then I turned to PayPal. After a few letters, they said they would make the best of my choice, provided I returned the headset and uploaded the tracking number for the package.
It happened. After a few days, PayPal informed me that they had decided to sell.
There is no way to get around, because there is no button there, and even previous correspondence, the previous problem report has disappeared! And I can't report another problem to the transaction!

What do you think I should do?
