The paypal resolution Center made a wrong decision about the item I purchased from WISH! I purchased 3 smartphones, 2 did not show up at all and I was refunded for those 2. The third one Came and I tried to get it activated and my service provider said it was counterfeit, so I tried to return it to wish and they refused. I went through paypal, they told me they could not help me because I altered the phone. (WRONG) I did not alter the phone. It is a counterfeit phone from the start. How can I alter that? Paypal did not look into this very good. I thought Paypal was supposed to help with fraud and cheats . Now I have a junk phone That's just a $150 paper weight. Unsatisfied
