I have a buyer who said they have paid money to my account, ove $28900 and said it is pending and will be released after i pay $2800 to a courier company to deliver the item. I have not used Paypal much before. Never for a large item. I feel that once i transfer the money i will never see the other money. I think that even if i received the money that they can say item was faulty or whatever and ask for the money returned. I have also received a email from PayPal legal that said i need to transfer the $2800 within 24 hours or i can be sued
I really believe this to be a scam
