Contacting PayPal from Kenya

Am trying to contact PayPal support about uploading a business address confirmation document but am unable to reach them from Kenya. I have tried contact through email but none are being answered, I don't know how to remove the limitation.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

Yes but I get a bot which is not very useful

Yes but the bot normally asks you if you found their 'answer' useful and offer you a yes or no option.

If you click no then they put you in line for an agent to talk to.

Just did that and were able to get a reply that they will escalate my query. Hope they do soon. Thanks
