Hi guys, I recently bought an item on Craigslist. I paid the seller through the goods and services option. I asked him for a tracking number and was told that nothing can be done until the confirm receipt option was clicked. From my understanding that button is only clicked when the buyer has received the item. Is he trying to scam me?
