Anybody know how to make a complaint??!!
Unable to report problem via Issue Resolution Centre as says I'm not able to do that on the entry I've selected.
Previous related complaint is closed so I cannot follow up via that either.
Have rung Customer Service, APPALLING experience hence new complaint.
Unable to open Dispute via Chat as, helpfully, there is no scroll option on the message box to allow me to scroll and select what I'm having an issue with.
Paypal Customer Service used to be so good the last time I had the need to use it; so disappointed at how difficult it's been made now.
Can anyone here help please?
You can open x1 dispute per transaction so did you forget to escalate or close it or did paypal not find in your favour?
