Coffee maker dispute

Hello everyone, I would like some help with a dispute with a shady seller. I bought a coffee maker on blazeraus.com which was a deal that seemed too good to be true (It was too good to be true). When i checked the tracking number a few weeks later it said delivered so i went to go check and there was a package but it was quite small, the packet had the tracking number that the site had sent me a few weeks ago, but inside of the packet were 4 black face masks. I tried contacting the seller from the info they have at the bottom of the site, they never picked up i tried emailing them they never answered. So i filed a dispute on Paypal's resolution center. they took 2 weeks to resolve the case, turns out that the seller had won because quote "Valid tracking info provided by the seller."  I never said that the tracking number was wrong, so Paypal just solved the case because the seller said that they sent the tracking number? I need help contacting Paypal so they can reopen the case for further investigation. Thanks in advance.

Wondering if you've had any luck.  I've been dealing with a very similar problem, although I never received a package at all.  The seller I bought from (brevillecoffeemachine.com) is definitely a fraud, and they provided PayPal with a fraudulent UPS tracking number.  I've been disputing this for months, and PayPal first told me if I could provide proof from UPS that it wasn't addressed to me, they could go after the seller.  I did this, but then PayPal informed me that they couldn't help, that I had to file a local police report. That's just crazy, in my opinion. SO frustrating.
