I am a voice-over talent. I mostly work via platforms that take a 20% fee. On the rare occasion, a buyer may find my services via my website or from Youtube and purchase directly, with payment via PayPal.
My question is regarding what is protected under the "PAYPAL PURCHASE AND SELLER PROTECTION", and where does voiceovers delivered via email fall.
I would like to know if voice-over recordings are legally considered "one-of-a-kind items" or an "intangible good"?
And either way, are they protected under Seller Protection?
