I have put in dispute at Resolution Center. Got a message from Paypal saying they have had no response from Seller for me to file a claim. How do I do that as I didn’t see any form to complete regarding a claim in Resolution Center. Help! I’ve emailed & messaged Paypal but they tell me to go to Resolution Center. I am so danged frustrated with PayPal. I hope anyone out there can help me!

Thank you for posting.
As you only have 20 calendar days to openly communicate with your seller so In the event that the seller is unresponsive or unwilling to help, we encourage you to escalate the dispute to a claim anytime within 20 days so PayPal can intervene. To give you a little insight, please see links below.

The Seller has been unresponsive. I want a full refund. Unfortunately, PayPal has not been much help in this dispute or claim.
