I bought some clothe for my partner on some Chineese website .But when they arrived none of them fit.Send 3 emails to seller but no answer.I asked Paypal to help solve this problem.Got    answer from seller with return address and instructions.Did all  what Seller asked.Packed parcel for return wrote on Returned Cargo. Send with Tracking #.Took picture of Address upload on Paypal receipt with tracking number and picture of Address and send it back to seller.

Parcel arrive to China since 9 of June and its in Costumes and they ask contact them directly.Sure I dont speak Chineese. I thought Paypal should be checking tracking or ask Seller to do that. Paypal close a case without notification Favor to Seller.Call to Paypal said Im not happy with decision.they said they have a look and next day got email with the same answer.

Now parcel Stock in Costumes I have no idea why.Now money no clothe.

Any body had some similar situations ,may be have some advice what else I can do.I actually was so disappointed about Paypal action.

Which dispute did you open?

Did you escalate to a claim?

Did paypal decide in your favour?

Or did you just sort it with the seller in the dispute stage of the claim?

Did paypal tell you to return the items trackable and the address?
