Hello,
I recently purchased an object and paid for it via Paypal. The amount was paid in three payments.
The object I received did not match the description, and while the company I bought it from acknowledges that, it will not refund me the money.
Basically without going in too much details, on this website you transfer money via Paypal to your online wallet, and when you purchase an object you use the money that's in your online wallet. The company places an order for you on a Japanese website and ships it to your address.
I would like to start a claim, but can I do so for the entire amount? Paypal will only allow me to select one payment.
I do have emails of this online company acknowledging the issue, issuing me a refund of the fees involved (in transferring the money from my account to the online wallet), I have pictures of the original object and what I received as well as the invoice showing I paid the item, and a long history of invoices showing I've been a regular and loyal customer.
Thank you for your help!
Mike
