Hello, I’ve had PayPal for years now and I decided to make an account for other person uses and i mistyped my date of birth , I don’t really remember how but the problem is PayPal is asking for passport proof and I can’t provide them with that proof till I get my date of birth changed. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for the last 4 days but no reply..
