Cases close I did what they asked

Case number: PP-D-46247251 I have talked with the seller and did what the seller asked I send proof of damages and that I received this and the case was closed said I didn’t contact seller but I did and seller was going to refund me I would like a full refund

Did you escalate the dispute to a claim before it timed out at 20 days post opening?

Yes I did but they said I didn’t and closed the case
