I have won a case on eBay giving me a full refund. Tracking information says the item was delivered on October 24th but then forwarded to another address around November 19th. I still have not received my $300 dollar refund and the phone has been returned to the seller. I contacted PayPal via phone last week and was told they would have a response in 19 hours. Never heard from them. I need my refund and PayPal is not helping me at all!!!
