Case closed. I'm still didn't get anything

I opened case. I didn't get anything.

seller proof tracking number. UPS shows delivered.

I think delivered address wrong. not to me because UPS always email me when they come.

And paypal closed case.

how can I reopen or dispute case?

seller they don't answer me by phone, email.

I don't want refund just need my items

I'm having the same problem. PayPal is doing nothing to resolve it.

I have learned this paypal "back the customer up" is just a load of poop.  TWICE I've been **bleep** and TWICE ebay has backed out.   Proof means nothing because they get money off of the sellers that sell, not off the buyers that buy.  I've been lucky and both times I've spent HOURS researching it myself and trying to go after the companies and got it handled MYSELF.  SO...you use paypal you better be ready to fight for yourself because they will agree with the seller every time! But....it puts money in their pocket and screws you out of yours.  I ONLY use paypal because I don't want to send my credit card info to anybody I don't know but I'm starting to think...is it worth it?
