Cant Verify ID

Hello

My friend has verified her credit card but PayPal assumed unusual activity on her account so they

asked for her to upload her ID to verify it but it can't verify the image that was sent. She has tried it

a few different ways but PayPal just refuses to verify. She tried to email via the help centre but in order

to do that, you have to log in but that then needs her to verify her ID and it just says that she cant be verified

so essentially- she is locked out of her account. How is she supposed to be verified if she cant contact them?

How are we supposed to give advice when you haven't even said what country she is in?

I'm fairly new to PayPal so I don't know all the information that is required. It is difficult to tell the tone

that written words are delivered in but your response seems somewhat snide. I hope that wasn't the intent?

She lives in Zimbabwe and has a British Passport as she retains her British citizenship.
