Cannot report an issue in transaction

Hi all. I sold an item and the buyer has cancelled the transaction after I've shipped (and they've received) the item. Paypal doesn't let me report the transaction as the message says the money has been received but I haven't received anything yet. Copy and pasted the below message. Hopefully someone can direct me in the right direction????

 

I should also note that the transaction came through as an eCheque which they cancelled before it even had a chance to clear.

 

You can't lodge a case against this transaction.

Because this is money you've received, you'll need to contact the sender directly to resolve your issue.
