Cannot make payments via PayPal

Hey,

so I can't make payments at all.. Whenever I click on transfer money or make a payment it just throws an error saying: Sorry, something’s not right. Please try again later.

I confirmed my ID and all.. but it says there's still a problem with account limitation.. It asks me to confirm the information, so I clicked on the prompt "resolve", then it just says : 

Your business info is now confirmed

You can now send and receive unlimited transactions.

Apply for the PayPal Business Debit Mastercard and turn
business purchases into cash back.

but nothing at all happens... I still can't make payments

I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams for assistance on that limitation. You can reach Customer Support by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
