Cannot close or cancel a case

Hi

 

I lodged a dispute and escalated it to a claim, which is currently in "awaiting seller response" status.

I have since received the goods and want to close/cancel the claim, but the only option at the bottom of the case is "change case type" as per picture below.

What do I do?

Contact customer services and ask them to close it for you.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
