I ordered an item online that only had PayPal as an option for payment. I chose to not login and just used my credit card. I then got an email receipt from PayPal confirming my order. The Payment To name looked suspicious so I want to cancel the order. I went onto the website that I ordered from, and emailed them to cancel. I have heard nothing since. Can PayPal help me since I didn't log in?
