i'm surprised by a message from paypal said (You Can't use paypal anymore).

i've contacted customer service (by message) because calls aren't available anymore, but nobody's responding to my messages.

This happened to me! I was receiving money from my father on Walmart cards (mom was unaware of us meeting) and they sent me a message saying I can’t use their services anymore
