I've been using paypal for around 4yrs now and I just received a notification that I will no longer be able to use this account since I'm not 19...I'm 18. I was trying to sign up for a paypal card 2yrs ago but I didn't have an ID. I didn't get one til this year. I was tired of the notification thing saying I didn't complete putting in my application now I can't use my account. This is **bleep**!
