Can’t open another case on same transaction

I tried opening a case about a transfer that I had done as I bought a product from someone, the case was closed but the person has not sent out my package and there account was hacked , I have got scammed of £450 is there a way to get my £450 back as I can’t open a new case from the same transaction, I have screenshots and evidence
