My Account was limited in October 2019. After uploading every document requested, even copies of certificates I received from my local government agency in Jamaica, PayPal still froze my account. After waiting for 2 hrs on a phone, a rep told me that PayPal no longer wanted to do business with me as by verification documents had been rejected for the 3rd time. I was told I would need to wait 120 days, for PayPal to wait on any disputes and then I would be given a small access window to retrieve or transfer my money. Its been a year now. I'm also unable to get thru to a person to speak with due to the Corona Saftey staff cutting measures. I don't know what to do, as I've already written them 15 times only to get a generic response. HELP
