I bought a Canon printer thinking I was setting  up a 2nd house.  Plans got dumped. Printer new/unused.  I was surprised I actually got ok to return it.  I paid $100. but to send back cost $75. Decided, dumb to not keep.  WEEK AGO,Sent PayPal my decision but guess they didn't get it.  They keep emailing send more info so you get refund.  Today they: go to Resolution Center etc.  BUT WHEN I DID. THIS CASE is NOT LISTED AND I'M BLOCKED FROM ENTERING IT and then reply.  I want to call and end this.  I'm exhausted fighting this format!  Do they have phone $?
