I have been trying for two months to get my account released due to a questionable purchase that has been resolved. Discover even sent PayPal a letter. Can't talk to anyone, can't email, message them and no one responds. Can't close out the account due to it being limited. Anyone else have these major issues with them? Who actually owns PayPay? I wish I never signed up for this. They DON'T HAVE a customer service dept. AND almost two hours on the phone to talk with someone? They blame it on Covid. Covid my **bleep**. They were always like this.
