Can someone suggest a way to request a receipt from 2016 for a warranty claim?

I am putting in a warranty claim on a failing Sandisk Micro SD card and need a receipt as proof

of purchase from 2016 but, I can only go back one year. Can someone help me with this? Thanks

On the Activity page, click Statements near the search bar. Then do a custom date range search.
