Can PayPal re open a case that they already decided in your favor?

Ok they decided in my favor meaning I win my case and still haven't received my refund can PayPal change the status of my claim or refund?

Ok no other parties have responded or anything like that but case is closed

your refund should go back to where it comes from,if you have used a credit card,it goes back to the card,it could take weeks

Thats odd then if you have had no refund email and the refund is not showing in your paypal activity??

Even if you paid with a credit card it would show there.

You may have to phone customer services to query where your refund actually is.
