I finally got my products a few days ago. They were terrible quality and damaged. Also one item was missing. I tried to dispute through PayPal but the only way they would issue a refund was for me to ship the items to HONG KONG. Not worth the money. Now I'm just trying to get a refund for the item I did not receive. Probably won't happen. PayPal needs to drop this vendor.
In the event of a dispute you need to bear in mind possible return trackable costs before you buy from that seller / item / country because....
Paypal state this >> PayPal is not obliged to reimburse you for any costs that you incur to comply with any of PayPal’s requests for cooperation for the purpose of resolving the problem (including, without limitation, costs that you incur to return a SNAD item to the Payment Recipient or another party as PayPal requests), although sometimes it may reimburse these costs.
I would have no issue returning items to California, where the package originated, or to Texas, the company address listed on the website. Also would love to call their support line but it’s a nonworking number. While we probably all know that these items are made in China, all the contact info on the buyers site was for the United States.
