Im trying to respond to a buyer's claim on the resolution centre and have browsed files which I attached but it wont go through. I have attempted the process several times but it doesn't seem to work. I urgently need to submit photo evidence of the item which was returned to me and already used. The buyer is asking for a full refund and refuses a partial refund after using the shoe. Is there any other way which I can attached this photo and submit my counter claim? Thanks
