Buying tickets???

I want to buy concert tickets from someone I don’t know. What happens if I send him the money but he doesn’t email me the tickets?

You need to go and read up on paypal buyer protection in their user agreement so you can risk assess your transactions.

If i were to answer your question I would need to go over to the user agreement and copy / paste all that info anyway.
