Hi
I recently sold a buyer 3 rare records via paypal invoice ($600). I am in Australia, the buyer is in Germany. He claimed the items were "Significantly Not As Described" when he received them because they were damaged. He supplied photo's. The payment was subsequently reversed by Paypal.
I don't care that he claims they were damaged. I just want them back. I have emailed him 3 times to his paypal account email over the last 2 months requesting the cost of postage so he can return the records to me, but he hasn't replied to any of them. I know it's probably unlikely, but is there any way I can get my money back through Paypal? I really don't want to believe someone who appreciates rare and obscure music is a thief and I was stupid enough to trust him.
Thank you
