I sold a graphic card to buyer. It was in perfect working condition. He reported that it was broken. I started the refund process for Pay Pal to hold. I sent the buyer return label. The buyer never sent the item back. I started the dispute. Pay pal released the funds to buyer. I was asked to escalate but the option to escalate never available. Every day a different customer service representative replied back with contradicting responses. The whole process of Pay pal resolving disputes is disorganized. Seller has no protection and they closed my case. I lost my money and the graphic card. Please be aware that there are people out there taking advantage of the Pay pal lack of protection to seller and the dispute resolution process is a joke. Please think twice before using Pay pal for selling items.
