My buyer says she has not delivered the goods. The Royal mail attempted to deliver them 2 days after I sent them. They however don't seem to have left a card to say so. I have tracked the parcel and given the tracking number to my buyer who just says no one has left a card. Dispute has been raised by her and money is being held. I have given her the sorting office address and asked her to collect and resolve the issue but she is refusing to respond. I am worried I will lose my money. Has anyone had experience of this please?

Contact the manager at your postie to make sure this person gets a card to collect her item or try to get the item returned to you and you can refund them. Some folks are just a nightmare.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
