Buyer protection from instagram?

Ive been speaking to someone on instagram about purchasing a limited edition xbox one from him. Im thinking of using paypal and paying under goods and services. If he deletes and blocks me after i send the money am i covered for refund?

Ive read the buyers protection policy. I didnt see anything that helped me.

So you didn't READ what happens if you don't recieve an item?

You didn't READ what happens if the item is misdescribed?

You didn't READ how to send the funds so you are covered by buyer protection?

etc etc etc??

Well you must have read (or not read) a completely different policy than the one that I read.
