Blocked account

Hi all,

 

It seems my account has been blocked and i can't send or receive any funds. I haven't received any message from Paypal to explain why the account has been blocked and there seems to be no way to contact their support. I have no idea now what to do to get my account working again. Can anyone tell me what to do?

Have you got a linked and confirmed credit card on your paypal account for the receiving of funds / auto withdrawal and funding purchases?
