I'm waiting for my refund although I have viewed the refund and PayPal has refunded it an old card which is no longer in use? Which has been cancelled. How do I get this money back I am panicking I am a single parent and desperately needed this money back !

Refunds automatically go back to the card used to pay in the first place.

If both old and new cards belong / ed to the same bank account then it should still go through ok.

If it was a credit card you cancelled then you would need to contact the card issuer and see if they can recover the funds for you.

If not then the refund should bounce back to your Paypal account balance but may take up to 30 days to do so.
